I don't have much yellow clothing, but I do have tons of orange! I seem to have developed a thing for brightly-colored pants this year, and these orange skinnies are the latest acquisition.
To tone down the neon pants, I decided to go a little more neutral on top. Hints of orange and yellow in this paisley patterned t-shirt tie things together nicely though.
And since I'm lacking in yellow garments, I thought I'd pull out all the yellow accessories I could find.

Shirt: clothes swap // Pants: $7 Goodwill // Sandals: $5 Yerdle // Wilson's Leather bag: $5 Yerdle //
Bangle: $3 Target clearance // Yellow rose earrings: Etsy // Ring: $4 Yerdle // Prescription sunnies: $25 Zenni

I am glad it has stopped raining down there for you guys! You've been hit with so much! And I love your sunny look, it's so fun, I am super jealous of your orange pants! Your sandals and bag are amazing as well!
ReplyDeleteLuckily, we live on relatively high ground. The worst we had to deal personally with was difficulty in blog photography and a bored, angry puppy because the local dog park was flooded. Thanks for the cheery theme this week to brighten the mood!
DeleteI love those orange pants and all of your fun, sunny yellow accessories! Those sandals are super pretty on you, and I am a bit jealous of those cute yellow flower earrings!! ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I just got those sandals and can already tell I'll be wearing them a lot this summer. They're so happy and bright!
DeleteI love this look so much! The orange and yellow together is awesome and the t-shirt brings it all together with a warm earthy tone and a little glimpse of yellow and orange too... love it!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Alison! I knew I wanted to wear the orange pants, but once I remembered the t-shirt, everything else just fell into place perfectly!
