Short & Sweet

Here's a dress I picked up at an end of summer sale at TJMaxx a year ago. I feel like it was reasonably flattering, but now it's a smidge too large, and I don't feel like just taking it in. Honestly, I prefer pants/shorts to dresses/skirts most days, and I seem to have an abundance of dresses I rarely wear. So let's give this one a crop job!

Haute Pink

I loved this pink dress so much about 20 pounds ago. It came from a thrift store, purchased for $6. I wore it unaltered several times and always received compliments. Unfortunately, now, it's a bit too big. But the neckline - high in the front and low in the back. The flattering A-line shape. And the color! Oh god, I love the color! I want to be able to wear it again, so it's time for a couple quick tweaks.

Yellow Rose of Texas

If you've been paying attention, you may remember this dress from a year ago. It was a too big then and I made a quick fix to get me by. But now, it's waaaaay too big.

Refash Gone Wrong

I have once again been absent here far too long. I would apologize, but let's put the blame where it belongs, shall we? Squarely on the shoulders on this shirt.
