So I decided to make them into some cute shorts for the summertime. First I chopped off the legs, and I'm going to reuse the cuffs.
I stuck the cuffs into the abbreviated leg, folded the edges under, pinned, and seamed.
Then I folded the cuffs upward and gave them a couple quick stitches on either side to keep them there.
And we're all done!
Genius! I wouldn't have thought of reusing the cuffs but I love it. Great re-work!
