It's a linen/rayon blend, so it's nice and cool as the days get warmer.
I paired it with my awesome orange suede pumps (Buffalo Exchange) and some purple beaded earrings (Etsy).
Of course, it does get cold in my office (plus visible tattoos are frowned upon in Corporate America), so I threw on a little red cardigan I picked up at the same swap meet.
Apologies for the wrinkles. These photos were taken at the end of the day, after sitting at my desk for 8 hours, and you'll have forgive the linen. It's just doing what linen does.
Hi Carissa! Good outfit for work! And for free!!! Congratulations!

Thanks! I felt very bright and cheery while everyone else in my office was wearing black and grey that day.
DeleteHere in Portugal, everyone that works in offices (especially in banks) seems to use office clothes: white, black and grey... To me that is a sort of uniform, and how I hate uniforms, I always have colourful clothes, especially in spring and summer! I look always different from everybody! And I always get plenty of cumpliments! So, keep with the colourful clothes!!! Kisses from Portugal
DeleteVERY nice! I love how you put all the colours together and it just gelled. If I tried to do that, it would look like a chimp had been playing with the paintbox :)
ReplyDeleteUsually I stick to neutral bases with a pop of color, but seeing as this dress had so many colors to begin with, I felt I should just go with the flow. I'm glad I seem to have pulled it off. :)
